My son's bled a little bit too, don't worry. Just keep it clean and dry. My MIL (nurse) also told me it's okay to put a little neosporin on it if it looks irritated. Just keep an eye on it.

I was told to leave it alone, a little blood is normal when falling off. Just make sure nothing else is coming out or it gets red or swollen bc then it's infected most likely
