constipated?

My baby is breastfed, she has had normal bowel movements up until yesterday. She hasn't had a bowel movement since yesterday 5 am! Usually she goes at least 4-5 times per day. She has peed several times like normal but no poo. She's been feeding normal until now... I breastfed her and in the middle of it( after nursing for 24 mins) she unlatches on her own and milk comes up. She's not fussy, or crying, doesn't seem to be in pain and her stomach looks and feels normal... should I call her pediatrician? Any help would be appreciated! I'm a ftm and very concerned.
