Relationship Anxiety

Does anyone have relationship anxiety? I have a wonderful boyfriend of 6 almost 7 months, I'm 15 and I love him so very much, and he loves me? ((: Ever since I was diagnosed with depression I keep worrying and being super anxious about if he loves me or if we will last and if my love for him is good enough, please help, I need to stop worrying like this
