$840 Nanny Job Opportunity

So I'm 18 years old and I'll be starting college on October 24th. I used to get Social security checks for my mom's deaths but since I graduated high school they cut it off and I'm not working a 9 to 5 job because I'm a babysitter and nanny. I've been a nanny for a family going on a year now and the mother is a LPN which is a licensed practical nurse and she travels a lot and doesn't know any daycares when's she's stationed let alon trust them so she pays me extra but I normally come back home on the weekends so this time she git stationed in Arizona and we're all the way from Cleveland so I won't be able to come home on the weekends. She would pay me $30 or more a day and ilk be gone for 28 days so that's $480 for 28 days but the only thing holding me back is my boyfriend and the fact that schools starts for me on the 24 9f October but I'll be gone. I mean I could do online classes but I'll still be away from my bf and cooped up in a hotel with a 2 year old all day and not come home to freedom on the weekends. My birthday is November 6 so if I go I'll have money for my bday so that's a bonus to. It's just that I've been hoping, praying and wishing so miracle would happen where I can make money easily and quickly but now that the blessing has fell right on my lap I'm contemplating on not going. Can you guys tell me what to do
