Ok. Months and months before I got pregnant I had lost some weight and was feeling great. But about a month before I found out I was pregnant, I had fallen off the wagon, big time. I was doing two meal replacement shakes a day, and healthy snacking in between and a healthy dinner. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm turned off from the shakes. I need to get my self in shape though. I'm 40 and don't want to gain a ton with this pregnancy. Any ladies out there watching your diet? I need advice!
