Pre seed

Hi guys since I've used pree seed around my ovulation/fertile days 4 /5 Times and yesterday I've had some abdominal pains really really bad where I can't walk I can't sit down fast I can't walk fast I can't bend or do any thing to make them stop even when I have paracetamol even that don't help nothing does what could it be I've also had them while having sex I could feel my cervix really hurting there's 14/15 days left to my period have I cpncived or what else could it be could it be a pregnancy sign please don't read and leave 😳
