question......

I got my iud out almost 2 weeks ago. For the first 4-5 days after I had it taken out I bled a little bit. I've been taking ovulation tests and they seem to be positive but I'm not sure if I'm reading them wrong. I stopped bleeding after like 5 days. Do you think I could be pregnant or was I just bleeding from the removal of my iud. My SO and I have had sex a few times but he hasn't been able to finish due to medication he is currently taking. So I'm having a hard time believing that I could be pregnant. Please help!!
