Nervous! 8wk plus size mama needs advice

I'm 8 weeks today and go in for my first appointment, including internal scan, so nervous I don't know what to expect and im praying that after 6 years ttc that this is our lil healthy miracle :) also I'm plus size so already hate going to doctor.. any other bigger ladies got advice on what to expect ??
