Vitamin D deficiency can affect fertility
Hi guys! So i've been TTC for 3 months now. Started suffering from vertigo last week so I went for a blood test. My reults shocked me, my Vit D level was only 29, normal is 50+. So as usual I started researching and found that low vit D can affect your fertility levels so thought i'd share. I've since been given a big horrible jab to get my levels up quickly.
Anybody else in the same boat?
