irresponsible parents

Anyone else get really annoyed by friends or acquaintances who have children but push them off on their parents so that they can go out and drink every weekend? We have friends who became parents young and then proceeded to have another baby in their early 20s but yet still push their kids off on their parents every weekend. Or other girls I know who are just turning 21 do the same. It really bothers me because I would love to have a baby right now and wouldn't have any other thoughts than to stay home with them.
