Please only comment if you have experience with your newborn leaving the hospital in a convertible car seat. Also, dont need feedback on how convenient it was to have the baby sleeping in an infant car seat because I never let it happen with my first baby. We always took baby out.

I already purchased a convertible car seat that fits baby from 4lbs-100lbs. Harness adjust to a snug fit. Also, my hospital allows babies to leave in it. My question is was it a pain for you, your spouse, friend, family member to install when leaving the hospital or for them to carry in and out of the hospital after they inspected it or see the baby in it? Thanks!
