32 years old with ovarian fibrosis

I was diagnosed with ovarian fibrosis 4 months ago I've had two surgeries since but still haven't gotten pregnant my doc says if I want kids I need t have them asap but I've been trying with no luck she also says if I don't get pregnant soon and the pain continues from the fibroids then I'll have to have a hysterectomy I'm bombed by it but I'm still trying any advice or words of encouragement
