is this a good idea?
Hey ladies! I had an idea but I want to know your opinions. My idea is that we post a before photo and after 3 months we post our progress to see how far we have come in our fitness journey. I always go up and down and I feel like if I post my before photo, I will be motivated to try hard for when the 3rd month comes to post the progress photo. What do you all think?
