Bathtub baby

Seriously just gonna birth this baby myself at home in the bathtub.. Been to the hospital twice today just to be sent home because my labor isn't progressing past 4 cm 70% effaced and -3 head engaged. They say to come in once my contractions get closer together and more painful and i did (came at every 3 minutes and was starting to get to that point i couldn't talk/walk through them) BUT as soon as i get to the hospital they slow down to practically nothing. This kid just does not like the hospital!! I'm so pissed and uncomfortable and since I'm only 38 weeks they won't do anything to help progress like pitocin or break my water unless its scheduled through the office..
