how can you pump while pregnant?

Has anyone done this? My milk supply went down to almost nothing after getting pregnant. Will oatmeal, lactation cookies and tea make it go back up so i can pump for my daughter? As well as save up for whem the baby is born?

It can and lots of water (90oz. Atleast) and if you can find non alcoholic dark beer it works miracles my daughter is 4 months and I'm 15 weeks pregnant and the beer helps a ton I could only pump 6oz at 8 weeks and now I pump about 17oz. Every 3-4 hours after 1 beer a week.
