I passed a drug test by not smoking for a week and drinking lots of water. But I was 100 lbs idk if that had anything to do with it, I've heard it does. I smoked a ton also.

It depends on the method of intake, frequency of use, and amount of dosage. And the method of detection. Pee tests generally detect up to 10 days but can go back as far as a month. People have used marijuana for a long long time can have it in their system longer.  Hair tests can go back months to a year (again , I have no idea how long your sister smoked for)
