This is definitely baby acne. What really works is coconut oil, I put it on my baby a couple times a day. I also use this to prevent diaper rash and for his dry lips. I recommend getting one that is organic & unrefined. This is the one I use

Yes its from kissing your baby on the face my daughter has it also i used coconut oil and stopped kissing her and i know its hard but just to get rid of it
