DONT IGNORE THIS IS SERIOUS

IM SO DONE . how? How does one go from a regular clockwork flow to this ?! I am so broken and I'm truly not the same person anymore. My doctors dismissed it as just a hormone issue that will fix by itself but seriously what's the cause for this? I don't even bleed normally anymore!! It's so light! I use to have a clockwork flow ! Now I have this ? Has this happen to anybody if so what ended up happening? I REFUSE TO TAKE BIRTH CONTROL! THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING TO ME SINCE AUGUST!!!
