In so much pain!!!

Four days late no period, cramps on and off, sore boobs, I'm always regular and on time, extremely moody, have severe lower back pain, had unprotected sex on my last fertile day 2 or 3 weeks ago always regular he didn't come inside of me and I don't believe in precum. I'm going to wait until next week to test maybe it's my blood pressure pills that's delaying my period. Not stressed and nothing has changed..
