So I went to my OB yesterday and she said I'm about 4 1/2 cm dilated and 75% effaced. Been getting contractions here and there throughout the last 2 days. I made today my last day of work. (I'm 38 weeks 5 days btw). I lost my mucus plug last week and have been having very heavy discharge. Today I definitely had my bloody show- lots of pinkish/blood streaked mucus. I am now having what I feel are contractions, though they aren't super intense yet but they do make me stop and go "oooh!" (Scaring my husband each time lol). They are about 30 mins apart and lasting about 5 seconds each. Do you think labor may happen overnight????
