Healing after loss/when to TTC again

Hi ladies. After TTC a year, my husband an I found out Tuesday that the baby's heart had stopped at 9 weeks. I am a mess. Went in yesterday for a suction and curette as my body did not expel naturally. I just need tips of how to move on and also when is safe to TTC again. I have an appointment in 2 weeks to see my obstetrician again. Today I feel kind of numb like it'll hit me hard in a few days again. Waking up from the surgery was the worst part for me as it finalised the end of my pregnancy - life is not fair.
