How early can nausea to occur?

Hi ladies! I'm just wondering, how early can nausea happen once you're pregnant? We've been TTC for a year. I've been nauseated all day but one of my apps say not to pregnancy test for 5 more days. I'm 7-8 DPO. And I took my first round of Clomid this month too.

Some women say they had nausea from the moment of conception... I don't know about that, but with my first pregnancy I had nausea at 4 weeks - it was actually what prompted me to wonder if I was pregnant and take a test. This time round I didn't have any real nausea til about 8 weeks. All the apps and books say between 6-8 weeks is when most women start to get morning sickness.
