I'm freaking out right now. Could you tell when you were pregnant?

I just had a ms in july and I think I'm having pregnancy symptoms (I'm 99% sure) because I never remember dreams and ice been having pretty lucid ones where I wake up thinking someone is in my house. My stomach feels bloated/full, urinating frequently, hightened sense of smell, constipated feeling, nauseated, irritable and when I was pregnant in June, I was very cuddly with my husband...

I know the only way to know is if you test but I want your opinion on if I should test or not or if I'm just freaking myself out.
