So I am 12 weeks and 1 day pregnant with my second baby. I have the worst case of morning sickness ever and no matter what I eat, I can not seem to keep my food down. I can't even drink anything, not even water to keep myself hydrated and my
pregnancy is dehydrating me. I have a bladder infection simply because my
pregnancy refuses to intake fluids and my doctor prescribed me some antibiotics to clear it out. Just the other day, I went online and googled healthy foods and drinks for mothers to be and I purchased a bunch of organic fruits, vegetables, salads, whole grain cereals and even saltine crackers and some greek yogurt. I just want my baby to have what's best for him or her nutritionally, but I also am trying to make sure I help my stomach to stay settled and not so nauseous all of the time. I bought a bag of lemons because I heard that sniffing lemons calms the nausea and that didnt work for me. I even purchased organic skim milk and it doesnt make me sick but tastes like watered down milk. Yuck! Instead of gaining weight, I am losing weight due to constant vomiting. I am so over this
pregnancy and still have a long ways to go. Due 4/19/17. Does anyone have any helpful tips on how or what to eat or drink that calms nausea and slows down morning sickness? Please help!
