7 weeks - sleep routines?

Question

What are your sleep routines? Currently I breastfeed my son to sleep, then he drifts to sleep and I put him to bed, until the next time he wakes (every 2 hours). I'm curious how else I could get him to sleep (I'm a FTM and so far have done what works for me).

We do a bedtime routine. At 6:30 we do a bath, story, and bottle then put him in his crib right before he falls asleep. He wakes up at 12:30 and 5 for a diaper change and bottle

My 8 week old son takes his bottle between 8:30 and 9 each night. I make sure his diaper is changed before I feed him.  After I feed him, I burp him and lay him in his crib. He usually goes right to sleep. He wakes up for a feeding during the night (he normally only wakes once to eat and then I wake him up to start the day). His room is dark except a nightlight and we also use a white noise machine. I don't talk to him or look at him in the eyes while I feed him since its nighttime.

Hang in there! We are just now getting some consistency to our "schedule."

I start about 6/6.30 I feed her from one breast then changer her nappy and get her into pjs, usually that wakes her up a bit and she wants more food so I feed her again from the other breast. I dim the lights and have tv on mute of off. This calms her down and makes her sleepy, I swaddle her before one last cuddle then put her in her cot. Usually she's awake but falls asleep quickly and is about 7/7.30pm. She then sleeps till about 12, then up every 2.5/3 hours 🙄💤 and gets up around 7am xx

I am far from figuring it out, but I have tried to avoid nursing to sleep. Sometimes we have to use the pacifier to help her fall asleep, but for the most part, I hold her, sometimes rock, and when her eyes get a little sleepy I brush my hand from her forehead down her nose to help her close her eyes. I do this probably 5 times, maybe once or twice a minute. Once she is in a light sleep I move her to wherever she is going to sleep. She almost always wakes up, but 70% of the time she falls back asleep because she is so tired. 
I have also tried white noise, swaddle, singing, and probably a bunch more I forget but those are all hit or miss for me.
The only reason I have to try to avoid nursing to sleep is because hubby got really mad in the beginning because nursing was my easy answer to everything and he was frustrated that there was nothing he could do to calm her down. Do what works for you, I think sleep routines are more important at the 12 week mark :)
