Symptoms Gone...NOT

So I know a lot of you guys saw me posting about how I was scared I was losing the baby because of my loss of symptoms..I feel much better now and I HAVE NEW SYMPTOMS omg. Guess I lost those to get these lol now I can't get rid of this headache , insomnia (can't sleep for nothing!) , backache AND the nausea is back . Not as bad but I'm glad to be feeling something because I was really terrified. And I've been soooo constipated * TMI sorry . Anything you women suggest I can do to help with that? I have my appointment tomorrow so...
