The struggle

Moms of toddlers who have Littles on the way, have any of your toddlers begun to regress or are wanting to be held all the time?? I have a 3 year old little man (total mommas boy) who is wanting to be held and babied all the time and while I'd love to be able to do that I am 23 weeks pregnant and to hold him for long periods of time hurts my back. Its gotten so bad that when he doesnt get his way he cries and makes baby garble instead of talking like he usually would and I'm getting to my wits end.. Any tips on how to handle situations such as this would be great.
