***UPDATED*** Need positive vibes for my little Gremlin please

Started bleeding last night... spent 4 hours at the hospital. Doctor did an ultrasound and said he sees a sack with a budding embryo... but we were unable to find a heartbeat. He said that does not rule out that that there is or isn't a heartbeat as he is not an ultrasound professional.. on standby for an emergancy ultrasound. I am praying for a heartbeat. I hope this is just a scare. I found my father dead on his couch a year ago today.. I can't possibly have a dead baby inside me on the same day 😢😢 I'm sorry I just needed to let this out. We don't want to tell anyone until we have answers. Thanks for listening. Also have to wear this wrist band incase I need a blood transfusion... currently 9+4

***UPDATE*** had an ultrasound finally today... there was a baby with no heartbeat. Currently on medication that forces my body to misscarry. My husband and I are completely devastated. Thank you all for the kind words.
