pregnancy symptoms or all in my mind

is a sudden onset of spotting on and off for 3 days (only able to see when I wiped), nausea and dizziness for the past week a good sign of pregnancy symptoms or AF? I have one week before AF is suppose to be here and I just feel really different this time around. I never spot before AF and I have not had any cramps like I normally do a few weeks before AF. I suffer from migraines but I am able to function regardless. Lately, for a few days I been having headaches (totally different from migraines) along with nausea and extreme dizziness especially when I smell certain things. So far it may be too early for any PT because so far they are coming back BFN. But this time around I feel different and hoping this is my time now. Girls tell me what you think??
