baby wearing HELP please!

I'm currently 38 weeks with my second child I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! I have a 7 year old who has Cerebral Palsy and is wheelchair bound. So lately I've been thinking about how in the world am I going to get around with both of them at the same time. I think it will be almost impossible to push a stroller and wheelchair when I'm by myself so I'm looking into baby wraps/ wearing.  I've never had an interest in it but I'll be taking care of both my girls by myself for about 6 months due to my husband joining the military & I have no idea where to start. Please suggest your favorite brand that's comfy and easy to wear and assemble by myself lol. Also I plan on breastfeeding so if it's possible to wear it while doing so would be perfect.
