Severe Migraines. 😡

So is anyone else having severe migraines that are unbearable to stand!? 👀 I've been having so many ever since I've been 14 weeks pregnant and they just will not go away. I have taken some Tylenol and put an ice pack on my head and nothing is working. Even tried drinking a little bit of caffeine and nope 😶 It's to the point now when every time I get up to walk or bend down my head feels like a gigantic beating monster. I just can't take it anymore. Anyone know of any home remedies that can at least somewhat help? 😞
