did pumping put anyone into labor?

My midwife told me to try pumping yesterday, I'm 40+1 so it's safe. I did it for 15 mins each side for 3 hours and still nothing. Anyone have any luck, how many times did it take before it worked?

40±4...and no luck with pumping, sex, spicy food, walking, membrane sweeps....

All pumping does is make me feel nauseated for some reason. Hoping I can power through that once LittleBit is here.

Being induced tomorrow, starting in the afternoon with cervical ripening.  This kid is determined to stay in until college, and neither my doctor nor I are comfortable with her staying in much longer.

Funny I came across this, because I'm actually pumping now. I have been having contractions all day. I hope this gets things going. I'm 4 days out.

You should bump both at the same time for 15 min. Then power walk for 15 min. Repeat for 4 cycles

I'm 39/5 and I pumped yesterday. I started getting contractions last night and they have been continuing this morning. I'm going to go about my day and hope they get stronger and longer.
