I can't stop thinking....

I can't stop thinking about a guy I barely know. I'm engaged (in a rocky relationship) and we have a 1 year old boy. I was out with friends when I met this guy and ever since then I just can't stop thinking about him. It was instant connection. I've seen him a few times since then (while out with friends) and each time it's the same; this crazy connection I've never felt before. I'm 25, he's 33. He knows I'm engaged and it's complicated and he's made it clear he likes me but I just have so much going on right now and don't want to hurt my family. It's been 3-4 days since we've spoken.. we usually text every couple days. I think he's frustrated and giving up on it. Why can't I just move on and stop thinking about him. I'm so lost :(
