Hey Guys! So I have a gym membership at Planet Fitness. I usually just do the treadmill for an hour and then leave but I feel like that won't give me results. What are some workouts i could do in intervals on gym equipment(excluding weights, they are usually taken by the guys at the gym that day)? Keep in mind i'm a beginner and haven't run a timed mile since like 6th grade and i'm now 18😂 I have gained a lot of weight because a year ago I got a job at a chocolate store so you guys can figure out the rest(yes it's hell to work there on my period, i eat EVERYTHING)😂 I'm not very in shape
