When the love of your life is caught with multiple dating site memberships and accounts for porn sites, and nudes from exes and random girls all while have being in the relationship the entire time, what's next? Their excuse is they didn't physically cheat but it still makes you feel unwanted, unappreciated, unloved. And when expressed how you feel, and you catch it again, how do you fix it?

Some men don't understand that just because they didn't put their penis in someone doesn't mean they didn't cheat.  Carrying on with other women in that manner, especially talking to them on dating sites, is in my opinion more hurtful than a drunk one night stand.  I was married to this exact type of guy for 6 years who went as far as to talk marriage with one of the girls.  I gave him years to change, never did, they never do, especially if they don't feel like it's cheating!

Once a cheater always a cheater. If it's something that you have to delete or hide, it's cheating. You can never get over this, once the trust is broken and can't be repaired. I went through this for 3 years almost with my ex.

Emotional or physical, it's all cheating in my opinion. If that person truly regrets, shows his/her effort to fix the relationship, agrees to go counselling and keeps everything transparent until your trust is regained, then he/she might deserve second chance. It's a lot of work, and it's not easy. I think it mostly depends on how you feel towards that person and do you still see a future with him/her?

From my experience, it didn't work out. My ex kept repeating same things and my trust was broken way beyond repaired to stay with him.

You fix it by leaving!!  I had a similar situation happen to me after almost 7 years of dating.  I found out that cheating had occurred and we broke up for over 2 years.  Then we decided to try again and it just wasn't the same, even after intense counseling.  I questioned very thing he said and did..it was exhausting.  Save yourself the heartache and cut him loose!!  You don't cheat if you are truly happy and in love with the person.  Keep your head up, pick up your life, and move on....the right person will come along when you least expect it.  Mine came along about a year after the breakup and I am proud to say I married the love of my life.  I couldn't imagine still being stuck in that relationship of deception and disrespect.  You may not see it now but eventually you will see that you made the best decision and your sanity will be intact. That to me is someone who is just not interested in commitment. He says he hasn't cheated, who knows. Maybe he just hasn't been caught.

I think sometimes you can forgive and move on if someone cheated and is remorseful but that kind of serial cheating behaviour is not something men stop doing in my opinion

Emotionally cheating is so much worse. He needs to be accountable and take responsibility for his actions. There isn't a place for excuses right now. Communication and respect is essential to moving past this. It won't be easy. There will be trust issues and arguments but if this relationship is worth it,  then fight for it. But he needs to be 100% on board and know that this is unacceptable and that you will have insecurities and trust issues with him. If he cannot come to terms with the fact that he is solely responsible for putting your relationship in this predicament and that you are hurt then I wouldn't bother. Petty excuses and ignorance should not be a part of the healing process.  Good luck!
