light spotting after bowel movement

Has anyone else had this? Last night I finally went after being constipated for a few days (very abnormal for me) and there was some very light pink blood when I peed and wiped. It lasted for about an hour... nothing getting to my underwear, only when I went and checked and wiped. I am absolutely freaking out as I had an early miscarriage in the spring. I totally broke down last night. I have done a bit of research and saw that it can be normal but just wanted to see if anyone else has had it happen to them and still had a healthy pregnancy. I am about 5 weeks today.
