if a man is molested, will he molest?

I feel like this could bring up some things. I mean no disrespect. Just with a new son about here you worry and question things (least I do) and I never thought I would.
My son's uncle is on and off with this other man. Come to find out the boyfriend was molested and is having trouble with boundaries of other men and what's appropriate. Anyway. They are all "I wanna watch your baby" and I heard something not sure how true. If a man is molested, the chances are much higher that they will molest. Is there any truth behind that. I don't wanna put my child at risk. 
Update; and we had this "friend" whose now in prison. He was molested and molested his two nieces. So again. No disrespect, just curious what those have heard.

If you're not comfortable leaving Your child with some people than you are in all rights at the end of the day is the kid that matters i wouldnt put my child somewhere i would be uncomfortable with.

There are some statistics that indicate that sexual abuse victims are at a higher risk of becoming sexual predators. I would worry since he has a difficult time understanding boundaries with adults.

You can't know what he may or may not do but if you concerns just don't let them watch him. There are plenty of people who are not allowed to be alone with my children (not that we tell them or anything). It's not because we think they will do something bad to them but we just don't feel comfortable leaving them alone together and that's fine. No one has a right to alone time with your children. They're not objects to be passed around.
