What face wash do you use

for blackheads. This pregnancy hasn't been very nice to my face at all. I've used Cetaphil face wash by recommendation and has not worked. I have few zits but way too many black heads. I use nose strips and blackhead wash by clean and clear and neither are helping. Any suggestions?

I don't use face wash I take a hot/warm rag and wipe my face with it and especially around my nose and this keeps me acne/blackhead free 🙂

I use Shae butter shampoo for my face. It says for kids but it's the only thing that I've found that doesn't dry out my skin and I love that it's all natural. You can get it at Walmart and where I live Bealls carries it too. They do have a face wash and blackhead wash but like I said I've only found that this works for me. You could try a sugar scrub. You can actually make that yourself. I suggest using organic coconut oil, white sugar and if you want a scent then some kind of oil....like peppermint oil is nice.
