Heartbroken

Hey all. I went and got myself obsessed with a guy who is significantly older than me. I'm in a long term relationship and don't ever plan on doing anything to hurt my man, but I've become slightly obsessed over this guy. He isn't my future, like my current boyfriend it, but I get butterflies every time I see him. I need to break this but it hurts. Any suggestions?
