SPD ?!

Question

Has anyone been told they have SPD ? 
The pubis dysfunction thing ? 
I have been in severe pain for months in my groin hips and lower back. I don't mean uncomfortable I mean PAIN 
and my doctor says Tylenol. 
Tylenol doesn't fucking work like I can barley walk , roll over in bed, bend down. Put clothes on. 
I mean what am I supposed to do ?! I have two more months and this has been going on since 20 weeks or before !

I have heard about the snoozle. Hubs got me a snoogle and that helped me sleep a little better but turning over is the worst. I turn constantly because I'm never fully comfortable so it's just a constant battle. 
Sigh. The things we endure to have these little babies come out... and then keep us awake for 6 more months 😂😂💜💙💋

I have it and it's awful. Nothing helps but getting baby out. (For me at least).

Yes I have it too- really sucks. i use crutches when I go out as it does help take some of the pain away. I also bought a snoozle for my bed, which was one of the best things I did as it really helos me to turn over more easily- doesn't take the pain away but at least you can get the movement over and done with quicker:). I never took any pain medication, doesn't help. I have read some try going to physio or a chiropractor. I haven't bothered trying those options. The good thing is it goes away after the birth...that is what keeps me going...
