Traveling is allowed or not..???

Hi everyone, my name is Shipra & I m 14 weeks 5 days pregnant with twins 😃 this is ny first pregnancy..I'm having sevior lower back pain these days..can't even sleep properly..i need to travel during 16th week & it would be 5-6 hrs journey..please suggest can I travel by car???

Yes just stretch a lot and stop to pee when you need to

Just make sure to stop and walk around, I flew and went on a cruise from week 21-23.

On plane: every hour stand up and walk around/stretch.
In car: every two hours stop and stand/walk and stretch.

This is what my doctor advised me!
We travelled lots through my first and second trimester. ☺️

I was traveling via car at 10 weeks and was experiencing that kind of back pain. You just get out and walk every time you stop.

Yeah it's fine. Just break as you need. I traveled 15 hrs at 27 weeks and a 3/4 hr plane trip at 34 weeks. It was all fine for me.
