Growth Spurt or Colic??

Help! 

My daughter is 4 weeks today and in the last few days she has started screaming within 5 minutes of waking up and won't calm down until I feed her. She has also been eating longer and sleeping more. She sometimes goes less than an hour between feedings and falls asleep at the breast no matter what I do to keep her awake... and then the cycle starts over again. We are not sure what to do! Could this be a growth spurt or colic or something else? She was a relatively happy baby just last week! 😭😩😞
