Why does my babys feet and hand sweat sooo much?!

Literally I have to change his socks twice just because he sweats the first pair. At first I thought he was just hot, so I tried uncovering him a bit but his hands and feet kept sweating? I mean can this be genetic as well? I am known for sweaty hands and feet, could I have gave that to him?

My son does the same thing. His hands and feet will be chilled but sweaty! I'm the same way, my hands and feet can be cold as ice but they will be sweaty so maybe it is genetic? I keep forgetting to ask his doctor. I did google it (I know, don't always believe google but...) it said that babies sweat from their hands, feet, and heads normally. Their hands and feet are their temperature gauges and their bodies use them to cool off.
