help me please

My sister is 14 and I am 18. She is "dating" a boy who is in my senior class... the boy that I dated all throughout Junior High... what do I do? She is in 8th grade and my parents really don't care what she does. I am so sick to my stomach about this and I've been going through a bad time and now this... help. I need advice.
