No sex 😡

My SO and I are loosely TTC (he doesn't want to specifically have planned sex) but here's the problem.. he has low self esteem, thinks he is fat and therefore doesn't want to have sex with me. Whenever we do its not on the right days. I've tried to talk to him about it but he doesn't want to schedule sex or feel used for a baby (which he isn't). I'm not sure what to do, it's not even about the ttc anymore, I have needs too 😔
