I NEED your help PLEASE

Btw: this is gonna be long but I honestly need your help.. thanks:)) okay so.. yesterday I ran away from home due to the situations that haunt me such as my 'uncle' trying to molest me & my mom not believing me to my mom just being very very very conniving & evil etc. I do not have a good family. They're all conniving, heart less, hurtful, bullshitting, snakes. I am not over exaggerating. But I live in Vegas. My mom tried to stop me from leaving & I ran. I threw idk what in my backpack got my other school backpack & left. She called the cops reported me as a runaway & from there I took the city bus all the way across town to my tios (aka uncle) place. My problem is that I can't for the life of me bring myself to live with her. I could get emancipated but I don't think I'd last. My brother & I are trying to work on getting me out to Utah where he lives because he hates her as well but..... She won't let me. I tried talking to her & she's always a complete & utter female dog. (You would think so to) I brought it up didn't argue even tho she was trying to & her words were "you think you would last out there with your brother? Anyone as a matter of fact? You need me." I NEED YOUR HELP!!! What do I do¿???? I can't go back. & I can't stay with my tio for long... Help me. PLEASEEEE.
