Gyno visit 😬

I went to my first gyno visit. (I'm 18 and sexually active) and the pap REALLY hurt... I actually started crying and I'm still having pain down there..😬 I'm not sure why, because I'm on birth control (so there's a very small chance of pregnancy, and my BF and I have only had sex with each other, so it's not an STI either) so I have no idea why it hurt so bad, and I'm worried
