I don't know what's wrong with me lol

A few days ago I had period like cramps & I just finished my period 2 weeks ago, I just finished my ovulation too this past week. Today me and my boyfriend were getting freaky, all that happened was touching, after we were done that I started getting the period like cramps again and they lasted at least 5-10 minutes.. this never happened to me before, I need your help.
