Marriage?

There is something about marriage that gets me. I know in my head that marriage is just a peice of paper and it doesn't give consent and it doesn't mean anything really. I'm not religious, and I don't think to have a good relationship, or baby you have to be married but there is something about marrige that gets me. There's something about it that makes me want it, just the fact that it's both of you taking another step, but I can't quite understand what makes me want it so bad. How do you guys feel?
