lost tampon

So I couldn't remember if I put another tampon in. Im almost 100% positive I took it out and just never put a new one in bc I'm not heavy rn. Well idk why but I started to panic thinking I may have put another in and not remembered. I used a mirror and used my fingers and went really deep and couldn't feel anything like a tampon being stuck in there...  am I ok?
